AUTOMATE SALES IMPORT IN 3 SIMPLE STEPS

Step 1: Export sales file data from point of sales system or various platforms and tell us your specific requirements whether it is splitting by cost centres or General Ledger (GL) accounts. We can even put in merchant discounts so that its much easier to do the bank reconciliation in Xero.

Step 2: Provide us access to your Xero Account. We need to do the setting up to allow access for our application to automatically create the imported sales invoices in your Xero account.

Step 3: Get a unique email to send the sales file data. You can set your point of sales system or sales platform to automatically email the sales data file over at regular intervals.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

WHAT IF I NEED MORE THAN ONE SALES DATA FILE IMPORTED?

If the sales files have different formats or requirements (such as different cost centres), we will need to charge separately for the setting up but our monthly recurring charges will remain the same at $50 per month regardless of the number of sales file.

CAN I SEND IN MY SALES DATA FILE DAILY?

Yes! You can send in monthly/weekly/daily. There’s no limit on the frequency, we are bookkeepers and accountants and we understand fully the value of having timely information to make effective decisions.

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A MONTHLY RECURRING CHARGE?

We do have to maintain the servers that process the files and minor amendments for the sales data file is also included with the recurring charges, for example, due to new payment methods. It won’t be fair to you if we charge the setting up fees even for minor amendments.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept bank transfers or major credit cards for the setting up fees but for the monthly recurring charge, we require credit cards to be used.

MY IMPORT REQUIREMENTS ARE COMPLICATED, CAN I ARRANGE A FACE TO FACE MEETING?
